§1 General provisions

For the purpose of a better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term ‘User’ has been replaced by ‘You’, ‘Administrator’ by ‘We’. The term ‘RODO’ means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

§2 Data Administrator

   6. other personal data voluntarily provided to us.

Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection, in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish business contacts, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and properly perform the Services provided electronically to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing shall not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
3. Every data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

7. The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of withdrawal of consent or raising a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
8. The Service Provider shall not disclose personal data to any other entities than those authorised by the relevant legislation.
9. We have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and access control in order to minimise the consequences of any possible breach of data security.

§3 Cookies
