What does a set package of hours give me?

The package of hours, established as part of the permanent service, is a guarantee of the availability of the time needed for action. Regardless of our workload, every month we set a list of tasks we will perform, and when you have an urgent request you do not have to wait in line - we prioritize implementation.

What if I don't use all the hours in a month?

If the full package is not used, the unworked hours will roll over to the next billing period, with a 3-month expiration date - We ensure that the paid hours will be fully worked.

What if the package of hours proves to be too much?

If you do not use the full package of hours for a period of 3 months, you have the option to reduce the number of hours in the package.

Can I use the established hours to create other websites?

It is possible to use the hours from the package for the purposes of further websites / web pages, providing services within the scope of the business.
