Grow Agency is a team of experts combining HR, employer branding, PR and social media for employers who want to attract and retain talent. Our task was to design and implement a refreshed website, built on the client's existing solution.

Project in a nutshell

Analysis and communication direction
Together with the client, we analyzed the existing website, identifying its weak points and the elements key to more effective brand communication. Based on this, we set the priorities and direction for the new site.
UX/UI design
We designed a completely refreshed interface, combining modern UX/UI with the character of the Grow brand. We created the design with the capabilities of the existing WordPress environment in mind, so that the ambitious visual concept could be translated into a solution that was actually feasible to implement.
Development and optimization
We implemented the new design within the existing WordPress environment, making use of the available technology's capabilities. We tested everything across various devices, refined the interactions, and optimized it for performance, responsiveness and consistency with the design.

Results and ongoing support

The result of our work is a modern, bold and energetic website that captures the character of the Grow brand and the personality of its team far better than the previous version of the site. The new UX/UI design brings clarity to the communication, makes it easier to navigate the company's broad range of services, and gives the brand a more contemporary look. The multicolored identity highlights the diversity of competencies, the wide range of services and the many directions of the company's work, while bold color combinations and unobvious visual solutions present Grow as a creative, open and unconventional brand - just as it is in reality.

The design was prepared with implementation within the WordPress builder used by the client in mind, which required us to adapt the UX/UI design to its capabilities and limitations. Instead of our standard approach based on a custom WordPress implementation, we precisely translated the design into the existing environment, preserving its character, responsiveness and visual consistency. As a result, the client received a modern and polished website without having to change the technology they wanted to keep using.
